Job Summary:

We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Diagnostic Imaging Specialist to work in a fast-paced medical environment. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, be able to work independently, and have a strong understanding of medical imaging principles.

Responsibilities:
  • Operate medical imaging equipment, such as ultrasound machines and X-ray machines, to produce high-quality images for diagnostic purposes.
  • Prepare patients for imaging procedures, including explaining the procedure and positioning the patient correctly.
  • Develop and maintain a thorough understanding of medical imaging principles and techniques.
  • Collaborate with radiologists and other healthcare professionals to ensure accurate diagnoses and effective patient care.
  • Maintain accurate and detailed records of patient imaging procedures and results.
Requirements:
  • Associate's degree or higher in Diagnostic Medical Sonography or a related field.
  • Current certification as a Registered Diagnostic Medical Sonographer (RDMS) or Registered Vascular Technologist (RVT).
  • At least 2 years of experience as a Diagnostic Imaging Specialist in a hospital or medical imaging setting.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
