Job Description

We're seeking an Assistant Baker who will partner with our Baker to ensure the highest-quality cakes are consistently created for our guests. This role requires attention to detail, precision, and productivity in following proprietary recipes and cake production methods.

  • You'll work closely with the Baker to prepare raw ingredients and equipment for baking, ensuring seamless production flow.
  • You'll assist with daily baking and production, adhering to proper packaging, labeling, and storage procedures.
  • You'll maintain a clean and sanitized workspace, restocking supplies as needed to ensure efficient operations.
  • You'll comply with all health and safety guidelines, dress code, and personal hygiene standards.
  • You'll maintain a consistent attendance record, prioritizing punctuality and reliability.

Required Skills and Qualifications

  • Excellent teamwork and communication skills.
  • Able to lift 50 pounds and stand for long periods.
  • Familiarity with commercial-grade mixers and ovens.
