Key Responsibilities:

• Design, implement, and maintain fire suppression systems utilizing a variety of materials; these systems may encompass pipes, pressure gauges, vacuum gauges, and various valves.

• Interpret technical drawings, work orders, and schematics; formulate operational procedures based on detailed specifications.

• Assemble necessary tools and materials for installation tasks.

• Fabricate, cut, bend, and join pipes using appropriate techniques.

• Secure piping systems to structural elements using brackets or clamps, and prepare surfaces as needed.

• Apply insulation and protective coverings to piping; responsibly remove and dispose of outdated materials in compliance with environmental regulations.

• Conduct inspections of piping systems, checking for leaks and pressure issues; document and address any identified concerns.

• Collaborate with management to schedule maintenance and repairs, ensuring minimal disruption to operations.

• Adhere to relevant safety standards and building regulations, ensuring best practices are followed.

• Maintain accurate records, including safety logs and inspection reports.

• Perform additional tasks as directed by management.

Qualifications:

• High School Diploma or GED is preferred; vocational training is highly valued.

• Proficient in reading technical schematics and blueprints.

• Skilled in using various tools, including welding equipment and pipe benders.

• Strong organizational abilities and meticulous attention to detail.

• Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.

Additional Responsibilities:
