About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Sales Representative to join our team at Seaside Plumbing. As a Sales Representative, you will be responsible for championing sales communication with customers on unsold service invoices and leads while achieving company and departmental sales goals.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop key client relationships, negotiating and closing deals.
  • Establish customer rapport to sell the right products and services.
  • Recover missed booking opportunities
  • Participate in training to continue growth and development as a professional. 
  • Maintain and update our customer database with complete and accurate information. 
  • Get potential customers excited about the company and encourage them to spread the word. 
Requirements

3+ years of consultative sales experience required

Represent our company with professionalism and integrity in all interactions.

Self-motivated and able to work independently as well as part of a team.

Communicate professionally and respectfully with internal and external customers and staff.

Participation in required staff meetings and training

What We Offer

Competitive pay – Attractive base pay + unlimited commission compensation plan. OTE from $46,200 to $90,700+ yearly.
