We are seeking a skilled Speech Therapist to join our team at Alliance Health at Marie Esther. As a Speech Therapist, you will play a vital role in the rehabilitation process of our residents, working closely with the interdisciplinary team to develop and implement effective treatment plans.
Key Responsibilities:
- Evaluate and screen resident referrals for Speech-Language Therapy
- Interpret evaluations and consult with other rehab team members to assess goals and plan of treatment
- Develop and implement individualized treatment plans in cooperation with the attending physician
- Collaborate with the interdisciplinary team to develop the overall Resident Care Plan
