Culinary Specialist

We are seeking a skilled Cook to join our team at Discovery Point. As a key member of our childcare center, you will play a vital role in providing a safe and healthy environment for our children.

• Prepare and serve meals and snacks according to approved menus and health and safety standards.
• Ensure compliance with federal CACFP standards, if applicable.
• Assist in classrooms as needed.
• Meet state licensing requirements for education and experience.
• Be able to be trained in food service certification, CPR, and Fire Safety.
• Meet state background check requirements.

• Ability to work well with children and have a passion for education.
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
• Ability to maintain a clean and safe environment.
