We are seeking an experienced Assembly Associate to join our team at Opus Packaging - New Bremen. As a key member of our production team, you will be responsible for assembling various corrugate components and products in a timely and efficient manner.

Key Responsibilities

  • Assemble Corrugate Components: Assemble various components and products according to specifications and blueprints.
  • Inspect Finished Products: Inspect finished products to ensure they meet quality and safety standards.
  • Maintain a Clean Work Area: Maintain a clean and organized work area.
  • Collaborate with Team Members: Collaborate with team members to identify and resolve any issues that arise during the assembly process.
  • Meet Production Goals: Meet production goals and deadlines while maintaining a high level of accuracy and attention to detail.

Requirements

  • High School Diploma or Equivalent: High school diploma or equivalent required.
  • Previous Experience: Previous experience in assembly or a related field preferred.
  • Attention to Detail: Strong attention to detail and ability to work in a fast-paced environment required.
  • Communication Skills: Excellent communication and teamwork skills required.
  • Physical Demands: Ability to bend, reach, stoop, squat, and stand for up to 8 hours required.
