Test Systems Development Lead

This role involves working with multidisciplinary teams to design and implement electrical control and data systems in support of our development and production test programs. The ideal candidate will have experience with electrical design, system integration, and collaboration with customers.

Key Responsibilities- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to design and implement test facility electrical control and data systems
- Interface with customers to further understand and define their requirements
- Propose and implement cost-effective solutions
- Identify improvements to Engineering Standard Work during execution of assigned tasks
- Bachelor's Degree in Electrical, Controls, or Power transmission or Power distribution Engineering
- 5 years of electrical or engineering experience or an Advanced Degree in Electrical or Controls Engineering with 3 years of electrical or engineering experience
- The ability to obtain and maintain a U.S. government issued security clearance
- U.S Citizenship is required, as only U.S Citizens are eligible for a security clearance
