Pediatric Nurse Practitioner

The University of California San Francisco is seeking a skilled Pediatric Nurse Practitioner to join our Otolaryngology team. As a key member of our team, you will provide high-quality patient care in a fast-paced ambulatory clinic setting.
This is a full-time position with no call, weekends, nights, or holiday coverage required. You will work closely with our team of specialists to provide comprehensive care to patients with a variety of otolaryngologic diagnoses.
**Key Responsibilities:**
- Provide clinical care to patients in the ambulatory clinic setting
- Work collaboratively with our team of specialists to develop and implement treatment plans
- Conduct routine check-ups, diagnose and treat various conditions, and perform procedures as needed
- Communicate effectively with patients, families, and healthcare teams to ensure seamless care
- Participate in quality improvement initiatives to enhance patient outcomes and experiences
Requirements:
- Minimum of two years of independent NP clinical practice
- Prior OHNS practice or surgical sub-specialty experience working as a NP
- Experience performing simple procedures independently with a desire to continue and grow procedural skills
- Demonstrated excellence in clinical practice, communication, clinical case management, and problem identification/resolution
- Excellent verbal and written communication, professional attitude, and interpersonal skills to effectively interact with a diverse population
