Job Title: Licensed Psychologist

We are seeking a highly skilled and compassionate Licensed Psychologist to join our team at NextSTEPS Worldwide. As a Bilingual Licensed Psychologist, you will be responsible for providing clinical services to clients in our outpatient clinic in McKinney, TX.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide psychological assessment, therapy, consultation, supervision, and program development
  • Utilize empirically validated treatment models based on best professional practices and standards
  • Work collaboratively with a multidisciplinary treatment team
  • Develop and implement treatment plans tailored to individual client needs
  • Conduct assessments and evaluations to identify client strengths and areas for improvement
Requirements:
  • Doctorate in Psychology (Ph.D. or Psy.D.)
  • Licensed Psychologist with the State of Texas
  • Spanish language proficiency
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Benefits:
  • Competitive salary: $120,000 - $150,000 per year
  • Quarterly performance bonuses: up to 5% of base salary
  • Yearly retention bonuses: up to 6% of base salary
  • Sign on bonus: $10,000
