Key Responsibilities:

The Personal Care Home Administrator will be responsible for the overall management, programming, and administration of the personal care home and/or adult day services. This includes ensuring the health, safety, and welfare of residents, enforcing policies and procedures, and adhering to relevant regulations.

Qualifications:

  • Associate or Bachelor's degree in a relevant field.
  • Preferred two years of management experience in personal care, adult day services, or a related area.
  • Current Pennsylvania Personal Care Home Administrator license.
  • Valid Pennsylvania Driver's license.
  • Successful candidates will demonstrate a commitment to a positive, customer-focused culture and embody the organization's mission and values.
