Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled and dedicated Boiler Maintenance Specialist to join our team. As a Boiler Maintenance Specialist, you will be responsible for inspecting, evaluating, and maintaining our liquid and utility operations. You will also assist in the installation of equipment and line modifications.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Inspect and evaluate mechanical equipment to ensure optimal performance and safety.
  • Perform routine maintenance tasks, including lubrication, cleaning, and repair of equipment.
  • Assist in the installation of new equipment and line modifications.
  • Utilize computerized maintenance management systems (CMMS) to track and document maintenance activities.
  • Collaborate with maintenance supervisors and other team members to ensure smooth operation of plant utility systems.
  • Adhere to safety policies and procedures, and promote a safe and healthy work environment.
Requirements:
  • High school diploma or equivalent required.
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in boiler maintenance or a related field.
  • Ability to read and interpret technical documents, including safety rules and operating instructions.
  • Ability to communicate effectively with team members and supervisors.
  • Basic knowledge of mechanical systems, including pumps, valves, and piping.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively.
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in a related field, such as mechanical engineering or industrial technology.
  • Experience with computerized maintenance management systems (CMMS).
  • Certification in boiler operation and maintenance.
