About the Job

We are seeking a skilled Physical Therapist to join our multidisciplinary team at Brigham and Women's Faulkner Hospital, an affiliate of Mass General Brigham. This is a full-time position offering a consistent schedule with opportunities for growth and professional development.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide high-quality rehabilitation services to patients with various clinical presentations in our acute hospital setting.
  • Collaborate with a diverse team of clinicians to deliver comprehensive care and achieve excellent patient outcomes.
  • Participate in ongoing education and training to enhance your skills and stay up-to-date with best practices in physical therapy.
  • Contribute to the development and implementation of evidence-based treatment plans to improve patient care and outcomes.
Requirements
  • Master's or Doctoral degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited program.
  • Current licensure as a Physical Therapist in the State of Massachusetts.
  • CPR certification and experience working in acute care settings preferred.
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities.
  • Strong communication and teamwork skills, with a commitment to delivering exceptional patient care.
Salary and Benefits

The estimated salary for this position is $85,000 - $110,000 per year, based on qualifications and experience. Mass General Brigham offers a comprehensive benefits package, including medical, dental, and vision insurance, life insurance, employee assistance programs, and more.
