At Child Guidance Resource Centers, we are seeking a highly skilled and compassionate MST Therapist to join our team. As a key member of our clinical staff, you will provide intensive home and community-based therapy to families whose adolescents are displaying social, emotional, and/or behavioral disorders.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Conduct Assessments and Develop Treatment Plans: Utilize program principles to assess client and family dynamics, and develop effective and timely treatment goals with measurable objectives.
  • Provide Therapy Services: Promote exploration and understanding of personal and interpersonal dynamics, and work collaboratively with caregivers to change how youth function in their natural setting.
  • Record Progress Notes and Meet Productivity Expectations: Maintain accurate history of treatment events and client progress, and meet program expectations regarding authorizations and productivity.
  • Collaborate with Stakeholders: Work collaboratively with stakeholders both internally and externally to ensure seamless delivery of services.
