Cincinnati Metropolitan Housing Authority is seeking an energetic professional for the position of Leasing Coordinator.

The role involves ensuring all vacant units are filled with eligible applicants from the waiting list, in accordance with preference, date, and time. This requires strong organizational skills and attention to detail to maintain compliance with various housing programs.

To be successful in this role, you will need a strong educational background, preferably an Associate Degree, and relevant experience in Affordable Housing. You should possess excellent writing, analytical, and communication skills, as well as the ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Filling vacant units with eligible applicants from the waiting list.
  • Maintaining compliance with LIHTC, HOME, NSP, LIPH, and PBRA Multifamily housing program rules and regulations.
  • Coordinating multiple projects and solving problems effectively.
  • Preparing and updating supporting documentation and maintaining records.
