Your primary responsibilities will include identifying and remediating non-compliant data across our operational and analytical data stores. You will need to possess exceptional analytical and problem-solving skills, with a deep understanding of data governance principles and practices.
This role demands a high degree of autonomy, with the ability to work independently and collaboratively as part of a project team. You will exercise strong leadership and communication skills when required, particularly when dealing with sensitive information.
Main Responsibilities:
Develop and implement data governance frameworks and policies
Conduct regular audits and assessments to ensure data compliance
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define and execute data remediation plans
Communicate complex data insights to senior leaders and business stakeholders
Maintain up-to-date knowledge of emerging trends and technologies in data governance and compliance
Requirements:
Minimum 7 years' experience in data governance, quality, and compliance.
Proven expertise in data analysis, problem-solving, and communication.
Strong understanding of data governance frameworks, regulations, and best practices.
Familiarity with data visualization tools, such as Tableau or Power BI.
Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
Excellent collaboration and interpersonal skills.
