Job Summary
We are seeking a highly skilled Utilities Maintenance Supervisor to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for leading the Utilities Maintenance Team to ensure the safe, reliable, and efficient operation of our facility's utility systems.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead the Utilities Maintenance Team to ensure the safe, reliable, and efficient operation of the facility's utility systems.
- Develop and implement maintenance plans to prevent equipment failures and minimize downtime.
- Ensure compliance with all relevant safety regulations and company policies.
- Collaborate with the Operations and Engineering teams to identify opportunities for process improvements.
- Monitor and analyze maintenance metrics to optimize team performance.
- Participate in root cause analysis of incidents and implement corrective actions.
- Develop and maintain relationships with external vendors and contractors.
- Provide training and coaching to team members to ensure they have the necessary skills and knowledge to perform their duties.
- Ensure all safety rules, procedures, and policies are followed.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering or a related field.
- Minimum 3 years of experience in power plant, ammonia refrigeration, and wastewater system maintenance.
- Minimum 2 years of supervisory experience.
- Experience with Process Safety Management.
- Proficient in Microsoft Suite/Office applications.
- Strong leadership and communication skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
