Key Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure seamless care coordination and communication.
  • Document patient progress and outcomes in a timely and accurate manner.
  • Provide emotional support and education to patients and their families to promote informed decision-making and empowerment.

Requirements:

  • Current RN licensure in the state of practice.
  • One year of clinical experience in a healthcare setting.
  • Current CPR certification.
  • Valid driver's license and access to a reliable vehicle.
