Occupational Therapist

We are seeking a skilled Occupational Therapist to join our team in providing high-quality care to patients in their homes.
About the Role:- Assess and evaluate patient care needs related to functional status, activities of daily living, fine motor coordination, home assessments, and adaptive equipment.
- Develop and implement individualized therapy plans to improve patient outcomes.
- Collaborate with healthcare teams to ensure comprehensive care.
- Provide education and support to patients and their families.
- Current Occupational Therapy licensure in the state of practice.
- Current CPR certification.
- Current driver's license, vehicle insurance, and access to a dependable vehicle or public transportation.
