Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced RN Clinical Manager to oversee the delivery of high-quality nursing care to our residents in our assisted living neighborhood.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide clinical oversight and guidance to professional and non-professional nurses
  • Assist with management duties of assigned nursing personnel
  • Ensure compliance with assisted living regulations and standards
  • Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to develop and implement care plans
  • Monitor and evaluate the quality of care provided

Requirements:

  • Current state Registered Nurse (RN) license
  • Minimum of two years' clinical experience with increasing supervisory responsibilities
  • Current or eligible for certification in CPR

  • A competitive salary range of $68,000.00 to $86,000.00 per year
