Building Services Technician

As a permanent full-time employee of Western Carolina University, you will receive a competitive salary, ranging from $33,540 to $47,847 per year, depending on experience. You will also be eligible for benefits, including health insurance, dental insurance, vision insurance, retirement plan contributions, paid holidays, and paid parental leave after 12 months of continuous service.
In addition to these benefits, you will have access to tuition waivers for up to three courses per academic year, free group exercise classes, discounted membership to the campus recreation center, free vaccine and booster shots, pretax flexible spending accounts, and 24 hours of paid community service leave per year.
