Key Responsibilities
  • Consistently offer professional, friendly, and engaging service to guests
  • Clean all assigned guestrooms, including dusting, making beds, soiled linen removal, and replenishing rooms with supplies
  • Sign in and out master keys daily and maintain proper usage of cleaning supplies and equipment
  • Update and record all cleaned rooms and return lost and found articles to the Housekeeping Office
  • Follow departments' policies, procedures, and service standards
  • Report necessary maintenance items and follow all safety and sanitation policies
Requirements
  • Previous experience as a room attendant or in a similar housekeeping position is preferred
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to maintain high standards of cleanliness
  • Excellent time management skills and ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Flexibility to work different shifts, including weekends and holidays
  • Physical stamina and ability to lift heavy objects and perform repetitive tasks
