Boise State University seeks a highly skilled Experiential and Career Learning Coordinator Senior to integrate experiential and career learning activities within the School of Public Service. This role will assist with overall planning and operational activities of the program, coordinating experiential learning with constituents, conducting assessments, and evaluating impacts.
Key Responsibilities- Collaborate with faculty, staff, and students to develop, expand, and sustain high-impact experiential and career learning activities
- Lead efforts to expand opportunities for experiential and career learning that promote students' personal, educational, and professional development
- Research, track, and implement systems to assess the impacts of experiential and career learning on student and School success
- Coordinate the maintenance of strong and mutually beneficial relationships with community and campus partners
- Bachelor's degree or relevant experience plus 5 years experience
- Master's Degree preferred
- Experience working in higher education and developing, coordinating, and implementing programs with diverse stakeholders
Boise State University offers a competitive salary range of $58,000 to $62,000 annually, commensurate with experience. The University also provides a best-in-class benefits package, including 12 paid holidays, 12-24 annual paid vacation days, and excellent medical, dental, and other health-related insurance coverages.
