We're seeking a skilled Rehabilitation Nurse to join our team at Mercy. As a Rehabilitation Nurse, you'll play a vital role in helping patients regain their independence and achieve their full potential.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide high-quality patient care in a rehabilitation setting
  • Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to develop and implement individualized care plans
  • Conduct thorough assessments and evaluations to identify patient needs and goals
  • Develop and implement effective treatment plans to promote patient progress and independence

Requirements:

  • Graduate of an accredited registered professional nursing program
  • Current RN licensure in the hiring state and/or compact licensure
  • Basic Life Support certification through the American Heart Association
