Position Overview:

Reporting to the Plant Engineer or Maintenance Manager, this role involves the installation, troubleshooting, and diagnostics of production and process equipment on-site. Responsibilities also include modifying existing machinery, performing repairs, and conducting preventative and predictive maintenance tasks.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Repair, replace, or install various power transmission systems and components, including electrical and mechanical devices such as gears, pulleys, belts, bearings, and drive shafts.
  • Repair, replace, or install pneumatic systems and components, including air lines, cylinders, valves, and pneumatic circuits.
  • Repair, replace, or install single and three-phase electrical systems and components, including motors, switches, wiring, and circuit breakers.
  • Repair, replace, or install hydraulic systems and components, including cylinders, pumps, and valves.
  • Utilize a variety of maintenance tools and equipment safely.
  • Employ multi-meters to detect voltage presence.

Demonstrate the ability to troubleshoot basic wiring schematics.

Candidate Qualifications:

  • High School diploma or equivalent.
  • Detail-oriented with a collaborative attitude and strong work ethic.
  • 1-2 years of experience in a manufacturing maintenance role preferred.
  • Forklift experience is beneficial but not mandatory.
  • Possess troubleshooting and problem-solving capabilities.
  • Strong commitment to safety protocols.
  • Willingness to work 12-hour rotating shifts.
  • May be required to complete training as determined by management.
  • Ability to perform essential job functions with or without accommodation.
