Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Human Resources Generalist to join our team at Privia Health. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing the functioning, billing, and relationships with all of our benefits and benefit carriers. This role will also involve carrying out responsibilities in the functional areas of employee relations, onboarding, policy implementation, employment law compliance, and recruiting for the Privia Medical Group care centers.

Key Responsibilities
  • Employee Relations: Provide day-to-day support to legacy care centers for HR, policy, and benefit-related questions and promptly respond to stakeholder concerns.
  • HRIS and Data Management: Maintain HRIS and data records for accuracy and compliance and compile reports.
  • Benefits Administration: Participate in benefits strategic planning, facilitate Open Enrollment meetings, and coordinate all Health Fairs and Wellness programs for Houston office and legacy care centers.
  • Recruitment and Onboarding: Provide full cycle recruitment for openings at legacy care centers and manage onboarding and termination procedures for legacy care centers.
  • Employee Engagement: Assist in Partner-centered initiatives to achieve employee engagement goals and participate in creating department goals and objectives.
  • Vendor Management: Serve as a frontline liaison with vendors/suppliers and administer HR plans and procedures for all PMG GC legacy care centers.
  • Reporting and Analysis: Assist in evaluation of reports, decisions, and results of department in relation to established goals and recommend new approaches, policies, and procedures to affect continual improvements in efficiency of the department and services performed.
Requirements
  • Education: Bachelor's degree preferred.
  • Experience: At least 5 years of human resources experience preferably in a healthcare environment.
  • Certifications: PHR or SPHR Certification preferred.
  • Skills: Proficient in a variety of computer software systems, specifically Google Sheets/Excel, Google Docs/Word, and Google Slides. Excellent attention to detail, communication skills, and business writing skills.
  • Project Management: Project management experience.
  • Compliance: Must comply with HIPAA rules and regulations.
Compensation and Benefits

The salary range for this role is $70,000 to $80,000 in base pay. This role is also eligible for an annual bonus targeted at 15% and restricted stock units based on performance in the role. The base pay offered will be determined based on relevant factors such as experience, education, and geographic location.
