LPN Care Specialist

Adoration Home Health and Hospice is seeking a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to join our team. This role provides essential one-on-one care to individuals in the home setting.

Responsibilities:
* Perform nursing procedures within the scope of LPN practice
* Provide patient education according to plan
* Monitor vital signs and make specific measurements and observations
* Record intake and output, and report significant changes immediately
* Administer medications as instructed by the physician and RN
* Participate in staff meetings and in-service education programs
Requirements:
* Active LPN license in good standing
* CPR Certification
* Previous home health or private duty experience preferred
* Strong problem-solving and critical thinking skills
* Reliable transportation or valid driver's license with current automobile insurance
Salary Estimate: $60,000 - $80,000 per year, based on location and experience.
