Medical Records Specialist

We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized Medical Records Specialist to join our team at Alpha Rae Personnel, Inc.
About the Role:The successful candidate will be responsible for maintaining accurate and up-to-date medical records, ensuring compliance with relevant regulations and laws.
Key Responsibilities:- Data Entry: Accurately and efficiently enter health information into our database system, ensuring all relevant details are captured.
- Record Management: Organize and maintain medical records, both physical and digital, in accordance with established procedures.
- Reporting and Analytics: Compile and analyze statistical reports on patient admissions, discharges, and length of stay.
- Information Retrieval: Provide timely and accurate access to medical records as requested by authorized personnel.
- Education: A minimum of 3 courses or 9 months of experience in records management, medical terminology, and typing.
- Skills: Proficiency in data entry software, Microsoft Office, and ability to learn new systems quickly.
- Competitive Salary: $45,000 - $60,000 per year, depending on experience.
