Job Title: Medical Records Specialist

We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized Medical Records Specialist to join our team at Alpha Rae Personnel, Inc.

About the Role:

The successful candidate will be responsible for maintaining accurate and up-to-date medical records, ensuring compliance with relevant regulations and laws.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Data Entry: Accurately and efficiently enter health information into our database system, ensuring all relevant details are captured.
  • Record Management: Organize and maintain medical records, both physical and digital, in accordance with established procedures.
  • Reporting and Analytics: Compile and analyze statistical reports on patient admissions, discharges, and length of stay.
  • Information Retrieval: Provide timely and accurate access to medical records as requested by authorized personnel.
Requirements:
  • Education: A minimum of 3 courses or 9 months of experience in records management, medical terminology, and typing.
  • Skills: Proficiency in data entry software, Microsoft Office, and ability to learn new systems quickly.
What We Offer:
  • Competitive Salary: $45,000 - $60,000 per year, depending on experience.
