Key Responsibilities:

  • Exhibit a proactive approach to delivering high-quality repairs within set timelines.
  • Provide accurate labor and time estimates for additional automotive services.
  • Communicate mechanical issues and necessary repairs to Service Advisors and vehicle owners in an easily understandable manner.
  • Engage in continuous learning through formal training sessions to keep pace with evolving automotive technologies.
