Job Summary

WhiteWater, Inc. is seeking a highly skilled Water Systems Operations Manager to oversee the operation and maintenance of large water distribution systems. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in water treatment and distribution, as well as experience in directing supporting staff and interacting with clients and the public.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Operate and maintain large water distribution systems, including treatment plants and pumping stations.
  • Direct and supervise supporting staff, including operators and maintenance personnel.
  • Interact with clients and the public to provide information and resolve issues.
  • Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and industry standards.
  • Develop and implement operational plans and procedures to ensure efficient and effective system operation.

Requirements:

  • High School diploma or equivalent.
  • 7+ years of experience in water treatment and distribution.
  • Full Status Grade 2 (D-2) Drinking Water License.
  • Cross Connection Surveying and testing certification.
  • Computer experience.
  • Ability to pass a pre-employment drug screen and DOT physical.
  • Valid unrestricted Driver's License.
