Job Title: Shipping and Receiving Clerk

NTW is seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Shipping and Receiving Clerk to join our team. As a key member of our distribution center, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth flow of goods and materials into and out of our facility.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Assist in receiving and processing incoming shipments, including inspecting goods for damage and verifying inventory levels.
  • Prepare and ship outgoing packages and materials, ensuring timely and accurate delivery.
  • Maintain accurate records and reports, including inventory levels, shipping and receiving logs, and other relevant data.
  • Collaborate with distribution center management to optimize warehouse operations and improve efficiency.
  • Perform other duties as assigned to support the success of our distribution center.
Requirements:
  • High school diploma or equivalent required; associate's or bachelor's degree in logistics, supply chain management, or related field preferred.
  • 1-2 years of experience in a warehouse or distribution center environment, preferably in a shipping and receiving role.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with ability to work effectively with team members and management.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office and other relevant software applications.
  • Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and stand for long periods, with frequent bending and twisting.
