Requirements:

  • Active Connecticut State Guard Card
  • Active Connecticut State Driver's License - Reliable transportation & Clean Motor Vehicle History
  • High School Diploma or GED
  • 3 years of Security Experience REQUIRED- Military/ Law Enforcement experience may substitute
  • Calm, polite, and professional demeanor
  • Reliable and self-motivated
  • High level customer service

Working Conditions:

  • Ability to stand for prolonged periods
  • Comfortable with incident report writing
  • Ability to walk long distances outdoors (4 miles each shift)
  • Comfortable with driving full-size vehicles
