Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Credit Analyst to join our team at Renovo Financial LLC. As a Credit Analyst, you will play a critical role in supporting our Loan Officers and Portfolio Managers in evaluating creditworthiness and making informed lending decisions.

Key Responsibilities
  • Assist in the analysis of credit information on current and potential borrowers, including financial statements, credit reports, and other relevant data.
  • Develop and maintain a deep understanding of our credit policies and procedures, as well as industry trends and best practices.
  • Collaborate with Loan Officers and Portfolio Managers to identify and mitigate credit risk, and to develop effective loan structures and terms.
  • Prepare and present credit analysis and recommendations to senior management and other stakeholders.
  • Stay up-to-date on regulatory requirements and industry developments, and ensure compliance with all relevant laws and regulations.
Requirements
  • 2+ years of experience in credit analysis, preferably in the private lending or real estate industry.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret complex financial data and make sound recommendations.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, including Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks and deadlines.
