Position Overview:
The Safety and Security Specialist plays a crucial role in ensuring the protection of hotel property, assets, guests, visitors, and employees.

Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct regular patrols of the hotel premises to ensure the safety of guests and staff while safeguarding hotel assets.
- Respond to inquiries, assisting guests and employees regarding safety, security, and hotel operations.
- Initiate and manage investigations related to incidents affecting property and individuals.
- Provide assistance to sick or injured guests and employees, ensuring proper documentation.
- Maintain accurate records and perform basic office duties, including monitoring security cameras and logging shift activities.
- Be knowledgeable about hotel fire and life safety procedures.
- Perform additional reasonable tasks as assigned by hotel management.
Qualifications:
- Relevant experience in security or education in law enforcement is advantageous.
- Strong focus on guest needs, maintaining composure and courtesy at all times.
- Proficient in reading, writing, and speaking English.
- Able to work effectively as part of a team.
- Possess the necessary State and Federal requirements for Safety & Security roles.
- Valid Driver's License required.
Compensation: Hourly Rate: $27.19 USD
Visa Requirements: Applicants must be legally eligible to work in the United States.
