Job Description:

We're seeking a skilled Class A CDL Driver to join our team at Core-Mark. As a key member of our logistics team, you'll play a critical role in delivering food and beverages to our customers across the country.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Drive a tractor-trailer or straight truck on intrastate and interstate routes to deliver food and beverages to customers in a safe and timely manner.
  • Communicate effectively with customers, vendors, and coworkers to ensure accurate and timely delivery of products.
  • Perform pre- and post-trip safety inspections, including checks of the tractor, trailer, and cargo, to ensure compliance with Department of Transportation regulations.
  • Load and unload products from the trailer, transport items to designated customer storage areas, and verify delivery of items with customers.
  • Complete all necessary paperwork, including delivery records and invoices, in an accurate and legible manner.
Requirements:
  • Valid Class A CDL with a clean driving record.
  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Ability to lift and move products of varying size and weight, up to 90 pounds.
  • Pass a post-offer drug test and criminal background check.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
