We are seeking a highly skilled Sr. Application Engineer to join our team at TheMasonGroup. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for providing technical expertise and support to our customers and internal stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities- Technical Product Expertise: Provide in-depth knowledge and support for our electro-mechanical systems, including product design, development, and testing.
- Inside Sales Support: Collaborate with our sales team to provide technical assistance and product information to customers.
- Field Sales Engineering Support: Work closely with our field sales engineers to provide technical support and product expertise to customers.
- Design and Development: Review and approve technical drawings, analytics, and test results to ensure compliance with company standards and industry regulations.
- Analysis and Reporting: Prepare detailed analysis and summary reports for technical review and approval.
- Vendor and Customer Support: Review and provide feedback on vendor and customer drawings to ensure design standards and compatibility with equipment and process.
- Product Evaluation: Evaluate existing products for quality and manufacturing methods, and suggest improvements or design changes.
- Customer Support: Provide technical assistance and product information to customers via phone, email, and fax.
- Order Review and Resolution: Review and resolve order-related issues to ensure accuracy and customer satisfaction.
- Travel and On-Site Support: Travel to customer facilities to provide application assistance and complete installations.
- Documentation and Record-Keeping: Maintain accurate records of daily activities and events at customer facilities.
- Bachelor's Degree in Engineering or Engineering Technology: A degree in a relevant field is required.
- Electro-Mechanical Experience: Experience in an electro-mechanical role is highly desirable.
