As a Physical Therapist Assistant at ATI Physical Therapy, you will play a vital role in delivering exceptional patient care and contributing to a dynamic team environment. Your primary responsibility will be to support and assist Physical Therapists and Clinic Directors in implementing individualized plans of care for patients. This will involve working closely with the team to provide comprehensive, evidence-based physical therapy regimens that restore patients to full functionality.
Key Responsibilities:
• Treat patients and coordinate care with Physical Therapists, Operations Support Specialists, and Clinic Directors.
• Complete daily patient care notes, progress notes, and other required forms as requested by treating physicians, rehab nurses, or insurance companies, case managers, and physician referrals.
• Provide continuous communication with referring physicians and other referring sources.
• Maintain required clinical logs and checklists to ensure compliance with local and federal regulations.
Requirements:
• Excellent patient care and communication skills with the ability to multitask while providing an exceptional experience for patients.
• Passion for Physical Therapy and patient care.
• Ability to work closely with all clinic staff to improve work relationships, build morale, increase productivity, and create a world-class clinical team.
• Ability to stand, stoop, and move throughout the clinic for the entire assigned shift.
• Licensed or license-eligible Physical Therapist Assistant in the state of employment.
