Key Responsibilities:
  • Perform brake, suspension, and tire installation services, as well as scheduled maintenance and repairs
  • Conduct thorough vehicle inspections and diagnose issues to ensure accurate repairs
  • Work with guests to secure approval for repairs and maintain a clean, organized workspace
  • Collaborate with teammates to achieve team goals and provide leadership to General Service Technicians
Requirements:
  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • 2+ years of automotive technician experience
  • Valid driver's license and basic set of automotive tools
  • Ability to work with hands overhead, stand for long periods, and lift 50 lbs
  • Guest and team-focused mindset
