POSITION OVERVIEW:

The primary responsibility of this role is to evaluate residents' needs, create personalized care plans, deliver nursing services, assess care quality, and oversee nursing aides and other staff in providing care. This supervision must comply with current federal, state, and local regulations, as well as the directives of the Nursing Services Director or their designee, ensuring the highest standards of care are consistently upheld. Adhere to all health, hygiene, and infection control protocols, maintaining the established standards of practice set by the facility's administration and Nursing Policies and Procedures.

Qualifications:

  • Must hold a valid, unrestricted RN license in the state of employment.
  • Current CPR certification is required.
  • Effective communication skills in English, with the ability to follow both verbal and written instructions.
  • Demonstrated capability to execute both verbal and written directives.
  • Strong interpersonal skills and attention to detail are essential.
  • Able to collaborate effectively with supervisors, colleagues, and community staff.
  • Proficient in observing proper safety and sanitation practices.
  • Willingness to work scheduled hours based on position requirements.
  • Must not pose a direct threat to the health and safety of others in the workplace.

Experience:

  • Prior experience in long-term care is preferred but not mandatory.

Shift & Compensation:

  • Available Shifts: Full-Time and Part-Time
  • Shift Hours: 7 PM to 7 AM
  • Compensation: Starting at $40.00 per hour
