Job Summary
The successful candidate will be responsible for providing safe patient care, utilizing the nursing process of assessment, planning, implementation, and evaluation. They will work closely with patients, families, and other healthcare professionals to ensure seamless care delivery.
Key Responsibilities
- Deliver high-quality patient care within the scope of practice as a Registered Nurse.
- Develop and implement individualized patient plans, taking into account their unique needs and goals.
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to coordinate care and achieve optimal patient outcomes.
- Communicate effectively with patients, families, and healthcare providers to ensure transparency and understanding.
Qualifications
To be considered for this role, you must possess:
- A current and valid state RN License.
- A BLS certificate upon hire and maintain current.
- Completion of a Critical Care Course preferred.
- Basic Arrhythmia Interpretation within 30 days of hire.
- A minimum of one year as a staff RN in acute care hospital, critical care preferred.
- Critical Care RN (CCRN) Certification preferred.
- Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) preferred.
Salary Information
The estimated salary for this position is $93,000 - $110,000 per annum, depending on experience and location. We offer a competitive benefits package, including health insurance, retirement savings, and paid time off.
