We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated Per Diem Registered Nurse (RN) to join our team at HealthEcareers - Client. As a Per Diem RN, you will be responsible for providing high-quality home health care to our clients in the Denver, Colorado area.
Job Responsibilities- Provide one-on-one patient care to clients in their homes
- Develop and implement individualized care plans to meet the unique needs of each client
- Administer medications, perform wound care, and provide other treatments as needed
- Monitor clients' conditions and report any changes to the Clinical or Client Services Manager
- Follow up with and execute doctors' orders
- Perform client assessments as necessary
- Case management and coordination
- Accurately document observations, interventions, and evaluations pertaining to client care management and services provided
- A current license as a Registered Nurse in Colorado
- Prior or current home health/visits experience
- Prior experience completing OASIS documentation
- Graduation from an accredited and approved nursing program
