Responsibilities- Conduct thorough and accurate patient assessments, utilizing critical judgment to develop individualized plans of care.
- Implement care plans and pathways, prioritizing patient needs and ensuring timely interventions.
- Communicate effectively with patients, families, and healthcare teams to ensure seamless care coordination.
- Administer medications and treatments according to policy, procedure, and protocol.
- Evaluate patient progress, documenting outcomes and making adjustments to care plans as needed.
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure comprehensive patient care.
- Graduate of an accredited nursing program.
- Current RN licensure in the state of employment.
- Basic Life Support (BLS) certification.
- Advanced Life Support (ALS) certification (or equivalent).
