Primary Responsibilities:

  • Material Evaluation: Formulate and assess material choices for diverse projects.
  • Specification Analysis: Scrutinize client specifications and technical drawings to guarantee accurate material application.
  • Inspection Management: Evaluate inspection strategies for equipment with unique material requirements.
  • Issue Resolution: Lead initiatives to tackle challenges associated with material processing, coatings, and thermal treatments.
  • Titanium Management: Supervise titanium operations, including melting, forging, and machining, collaborating closely with suppliers alongside procurement and project management teams.
  • Material Evaluation: Organize and assess material testing methodologies.
  • Deviation Oversight: Aid in addressing deviations in material and concession inquiries.
  • Data Interpretation: Examine data to identify optimal solutions or propose necessary actions.
  • Supplier Engagement: Collaborate with the supply chain to identify and validate vendors related to materials.
