Job Title:
Registered Nurse (RN)

Job Summary:
We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Registered Nurse to join our team at Park View Post Acute. As a key member of our healthcare team, you will be responsible for providing high-quality patient care and collaborating with physicians and other nurses to devise individualized care plans.

Responsibilities:
Monitor patient's condition and assess their needs to provide the best possible care and advice.
Observe and interpret patient's symptoms and communicate them to physicians.
Collaborate with physicians and other nurses to devise individualized care plans for routine procedures and fill in patients' charts.
Adjust and administer patient's medication and provide treatments according to physician's orders.

Qualifications:
RN License is required.
Prior experience preferred but new grads are welcomed.
