About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and compassionate Registered Nurse to join our team as a Unit Manager at Diversicare Healthcare Services & Diversicare Ther. As a Unit Manager, you will be responsible for providing leadership and support to the care team, ensuring patient/resident needs are met, and evaluating team performance.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide leadership and support to the care team
  • Ensure patient/resident needs are met
  • Evaluate team performance
  • Work directly with care team members to provide compassionate and professional care
Requirements
  • Current license by the State Board of Nursing as a Registered Nurse
  • Experience in the long-term care industry preferred
  • Ability to plan, evaluate and coordinate services
  • Experience in triaging tasks, supervision of nursing team members and coordination of services to provide the optimum resident and patient experience
