SAP HCM Consultant

Compunnel is seeking a highly skilled SAP HCM consultant to join our team. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in SAP HCM, specifically in the areas of benefits administration, payroll, and personnel administration.
Key Responsibilities- Coordinate and lead the technical/functional development and support of assigned requests, projects, and tasks for SAP HCM functionalities.
- Configure and implement SAP Personnel Administration, including infotypes, enterprise, organizational, and personnel structures.
- Design and implement SAP Benefits Administration, including setting up new benefit plans, configuring standard SAP programs, and working on projects such as implementing a new benefit vendor.
- Configure and implement SAP Payroll, including wage types, financial postings, 3rd party posting, and remuneration statements.
- Work on SAP Interfaces, including designing and maintaining interfaces with ABAP developers, testing with 3rd party vendors, and running LSMW loads for various infotypes.
- 5+ years of SAP HCM experience in SAP ECC 6.0, with a focus on functional/technical expertise.
- Expertise in delivering services via SAP HCM for projects of various sizes and subject matters.
- Experience designing and debugging SAP-related interfaces.
- At least one hands-on SAP HCM implementation project as a functional or technical lead.
- 2-3 years of experience working in a Business Analyst capacity.
- Experience working with senior leadership and stakeholders.
- At least two prior support and enhancements projects as a functional or technical lead.
- Experience coding and configuring SAP HCM.
- ITIL/ITSM practices and methodologies.
- ServiceNow experience in ITSM, Idea, Project, and Demand modules.
- Proficient in the Microsoft Office 365 suite, including Teams, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint, plus proficient in Microsoft ADO Testing Module.
- Bachelor's degree in business management or information systems.
- SAP HCM in ECC environment.
- Need SAP Payroll, Benefits, and Personnel Administration implementation and configuration experience in an ECC environment.
