NICU Nurse

About the Role:

HealthEcareers - Client is seeking an experienced NICU nurse to join our team in a night shift position. As a valued member of our nursing staff, you will have the opportunity to provide exceptional care to a diverse range of neonatal conditions in both premature and full-term infants.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide high-quality patient care to neonates in the NICU
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to develop and implement individualized care plans
• Monitor and maintain accurate records of patient progress and treatment
• Participate in ongoing education and training to stay current with best practices and advancements in neonatal care

Requirements:

• Education: Graduation from a nursing school (Associate's Degree, Diploma, or BSN)
• License: Must possess and maintain an RN license in the hiring state and/or compact licensure, meeting all state board of nursing requirements
• Certifications: Basic Life Support certification from the American Heart Association
• Experience: Previous experience as a NICU RN preferred
