Loan Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled and customer-focused Loan Processor to join our team at NVR Mortgage. As a Loan Processor, you will play a critical role in ensuring a seamless and efficient home buying experience for our customers.

• Provide exceptional customer service to homebuyers, maintaining frequent communication and ensuring a helpful and friendly home buying experience.
• Act as a liaison between the borrower, sales team, and underwriting department to facilitate a smooth loan process.
• Manage multiple loan files, collect and record customer information, and ensure timely processing of mortgages.
• Coordinate closing paperwork, ensuring accuracy and completeness of loan files prior to passing to the closing department.

• Excellent customer service and strong oral and written communication skills.
• Strong organization skills, attention to detail, and ability to multi-task.
• At least 2 years of experience processing loans, preferred.
• Working knowledge of real estate documentation, underwriting policies, compliance, and procedures, preferred.
