Job Description

We are seeking a highly motivated and organized Project Manager to join our team. As a Project Manager, you will be responsible for providing a seamless experience for our clients, managing environmental projects from setup to closure.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Client Onboarding: Guide new clients through the onboarding process, provide training, and set up profiles in our Laboratory Information Management System (LIMS).
  • Relationship Management: Build long-term relationships with our clients, serve as the primary contact, and conduct regular check-ins to ensure their needs are met.
  • Client Support: Address client concerns, coordinate with our laboratory teams, and provide ongoing education to ensure our clients receive the best possible service.
  • Client Advocacy: Share client feedback with our teams, advocate for client needs, and inform product development to ensure our services meet their evolving requirements.
  • Retention and Renewal: Monitor client health, develop retention strategies, and identify upsell opportunities to ensure our clients continue to receive value from our services.
  • Project Planning: Define project scope, develop plans, and ensure accurate project setup in LIMS to ensure smooth project execution.
  • Execution and Monitoring: Oversee project execution, track progress, and conduct status meetings to ensure projects are delivered on time and within budget.
  • Risk Management: Identify risks, develop mitigation strategies, and resolve issues to ensure project success.
  • Quality Assurance: Ensure deliverables meet quality standards and manage client feedback to ensure our services meet their expectations.
  • Communication: Maintain clear communication with clients and teams, and deliver status reports to ensure everyone is informed and aligned.
  • Project Closure: Conduct closure activities, confirm invoices, and perform post-project evaluations to ensure a seamless transition to the next project.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in a science-related field or 2-3 years of industry experience.
  • Proficiency in LIMS or similar ERP/project management platforms.
  • Demonstrated progression of skills and self-management abilities.

  • Strong client care and relationship management.
  • Ability to work constructively under pressure.
