Nurse Practitioner

We are seeking a highly skilled and compassionate Registered Nurse to join our team at Atlantic Health System. As a Registered Nurse, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality patient care and contributing to the success of our healthcare team.
Key Responsibilities- Provide direct patient care, including administering medications, monitoring vital signs, and developing and implementing individualized care plans.
- Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure seamless care coordination and effective communication.
- Conduct thorough assessments, identify patient needs, and develop and implement plans to address those needs.
- Monitor and report patient progress, identifying areas for improvement and implementing changes as needed.
- Participate in quality improvement initiatives, contributing to the development and implementation of evidence-based practices.
- Current RN licensure in the state of New Jersey.
- 1-2 years of experience in acute care or med-surg setting.
- BSN degree preferred, with enrollment in BSN program a plus.
- Valid BLS certification.
